Because it stays open almost continuously from Friday morning through Sunday night, with only about a 30 minute gap, according to its own posted hours.
Order Hand carved pastrami on rye, ask for a fatty corner cut if that's your style.
Grab your ticket right at the door and do not lose it, you need it to pay on the way out. The line moves easiest right after the dinner rush clears, around 10pm.
